Sept. 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 0600 GMT on Monday.
** Goldcorp agreed to buy Argentina-focused gold miner Andean Resources for C$3.6 billion ($3.4 billion), trumping a competing offer from fellow Canadian miner Eldorado Gold Corp. (Compiled by Tina Kwan in Singapore)
