Hyundai Heavy wins $889 mln plant order from Qatar

SEOUL, Jan 11 (Reuters) - South Korean shipbuilder and electric equipment maker Hyundai Heavy Industries said on Tuesday it had won an order worth around 1 trillion won ($889 million) from Qatari liquefied natural gas producer Rasgas to build an offshore plant for a gas field development project.
Hyundai said in a statement that it would complete the construction by the end of 2013. ($1=1125.0 Won) (Reporting by Ju-min Park; Editing by Jacqueline Wong)
