*Natixis and Publicis enter CAC 40

*Dexia and Lagardere leave for NEXT 20

PARIS, Sept 3 (Reuters) - NYSE Euronext said Friday that French bank Natixis and advertising group Publicis would enter France's CAC 40 index while Dexia and Lagardere would leave.

Dexia, one of the euro-zone's worst performing banking stocks this year, and media company Lagardere, the CAC 40's smallest member by market value, were seen as potential losers in the reshuffle.

Dexia as well as Lagardere will enter the NEXT20.

The last changes on the CAC 40 index were made a year ago, when Air France-KLM was ejected from the benchmark and replaced by oilfield services group Technip.

The changes will go into effect Sept. 20 at the start of trading. (Reporting by Nina Sovich, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)
