Terms of the Cash-Back:

The cash back will be added to the equity of the customer and it is possible to withdrawal said funds in the event that the customer opens 500 round-turn transactions in the 3 months subsequent to the account's opening. The promotion may only be redeemed once by any individual customer. The promotion is available to self-traded accounts only, (not available to managed accounts).

This promotion can be canceled as per the discretion of the company and will remain in effect for as long as the company sees fit to provide the promotion and based on the terms and conditions outlined here and in the customer agreement.

Terms of the Promotion:

The courses will be provided free of charge unless the account is deemed inactive after a period of 1 month. An inactive account is that which has not made a minimum of 10 transactions within the time frame of the first month after making the initial deposit. If an account is deemed in active after the 1 month period, the cost of the course will be deducted directly from the customer's balance. Each course disk is valued at $50.
